Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlackGlobalCitizen (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

ARM Digital Publishing LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

BlackGlobalCitizen is a curated digital platform that aggregates and organizes travel-related video content created by Black travel creators. The Platform embeds video content hosted on YouTube. We do not host video content directly. Services include:

• A searchable vault of Black travel creator videos organized by region, destination, vibe, and content type
• A creator submission system for YouTube videos
• A newsletter service delivering curated travel content
• A resource directory for Black travelers

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with parental or guardian consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit spam or malicious code
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract data without written consent
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. Creator Submissions

Creators may submit YouTube videos for inclusion in the vault. By submitting, you warrant that you own the rights, the video does not infringe third-party rights, and embedding is enabled on YouTube.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. BlackGlobalCitizen may review, approve, reject, or remove content at its sole discretion.

Creators retain full ownership. All views, watch time, and revenue from YouTube embeds accrue directly to the creator. BlackGlobalCitizen does not claim ownership or directly monetize creator videos.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

The Platform embeds videos hosted on YouTube. Your use is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. BlackGlobalCitizen is not responsible for third-party content.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience only. We assume no responsibility for third-party content or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The BlackGlobalCitizen name, logo, brand identity, and original content are the intellectual property of ARM Digital Publishing LLC, protected by applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

BlackGlobalCitizen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARM DIGITAL PUBLISHING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. EU users retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
